There are 36 QC staff in our factory. they check the quality of every single item at every stage of production from the incoming raw materials to the finished products, all following the ISO9001:2000 quality management system closely.

We are an HDMI adopter. To make your worldwide distribution easier, our products all come with CCC, CE, FCC and UL approvals and are all compliant to the RoHS Directive. All production processes are following the ISO14001:2004 environmental management system.

 
Procedures/testing Details

All of our products undergo strict QC inspections, including incoming materials QC, in-process QC, finished products QC, waste products QC, inspection/measure/test QC, product logo QC, status QC, data QC, correcting & preventing process, quality record QC. Environmental testing and reliability testing are also part of our standard procedure.

By using advanced inspection equipment like PNA-L network analyzers and TDRs, telecommunication cable analyzers, ENA network analyzers, series profile projectors, plug bending testers, drying tunnels, cable/harness testers and etc.
